In cooperation with Frankfurt-Trust Investment-Gesellschaft mbH Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Vermögensverwaltung initiates the launch of the FMM-Fonds, which is named after its distinctive analytical investment approach and takes over the advisory and distribution of the fund. |

Together with Franken-Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Vermögensverwaltung initiates the launch of the Astra-Fonds. The fund is now administered by DWS Investment GmbH, which are advised by DJE Kapital AG. |

Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Vermögensverwaltung is merged into Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Finanzverwaltungs GmbH, which changes its name to Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Kapital AG by way of transformation of legal entity. Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Kapital AG obtains authorisation from the "Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht" ("German federal financial supervisory authority") to sell and distribute mutual funds in addition to offering wealth management services. |

In the special "Welt am Sonntag" report "top wealth managers (Elite der Vermögensverwalter)", Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Kapital AG receives an award for its performance in wealth management, with the highest grade of "summa cum laude". In the following years this was confirmed on multiple occasions. |

The German financial magazine “Euro” awards Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Kapital AG the title "Fund Manager of the Year". In the same year the Frankfurt branch office is opened. |
| 2008 |
Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Kapital AG changes its name to DJE Kapital AG and Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Finanz AG is renamed DJE Finanz AG. A further branch office opens in Cologne. |

The management of DJE Kapital AG is increased to five executive board directors to preserve the consistency of the management leadership within DJE Kapital AG. |
